Event Rules
Please read the event information and RV Rules before booking. The rules will be strictly enforced throughout the event and decisions made by the organiser and staff are final.
RV EVENT INFORMATION
Timings
- The RV is open from 10am to 6pm Saturday 26 July 2025 and Sunday 27 July 2025.
10WHOLE EVENT TICKET INFO
- A whole event ticket includes camping from Friday 3pm to Monday 10pm and access to demonstrations. You can sell items at the trading post area.
- Some activities and expert led workshops will have an additional cost.
- You can attend the expert led workshops
- For entry, bring proof of advance purchase such as e-receipt that will be automatically emailed to the email address entered upon successful purchase.
- You will be issued your whole event wristband on arrival.
- You can come and go as you like during the event.
- You can set up at the event from 3pm Friday. Early arrival is not permitted.
DAY TICKET INFO
- A day ticket includes access to the traders and demonstrations. You can sell items at the trading post area..
- Some activities will have an additional cost.
- You cannot attend the expert led workshops
- You will be issued a day visitor wristband on arrival.
- You can come and go as you like during the day
CONCESSIONARY TICKETS
- There are no concessions or discounts available on weekend tickets.
- For day visitors we will admit one accompanying registered carer free of charge when accompanying a full-paying person. You may be asked to show your blue badge or Carer Card UK.
LAST BOOKINGS
- The booking office will be closed at 3pm Tuesday 2nd July 2025. Whole Event
tickets will still be available on the gate from 3pm Friday provided you contact 112 Survival
beforehand to confirm availability. Payment on the gate will be cash.
CANCELLATION
- If we must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the event for the next available date and your ticket will still be valid. For refunds contact the organiser.
ADDITIONAL COST ACTIVITIES
- Some activities may have an additional cost which is paid directly to the activity provider. Prices will be prominently displayed.
PAYMENT METHOD
- Due to the poor internet signal at the event site, cash will be the primary method used to pay for items and services. There are cash point machines in the nearest town.
- Traders may set up individual electronic payment systems.
- Payment at entry for non-prebooked visitors is cash.
CLASSROOM TIMETABLE
- The timetable for talks and demonstrations will be posted at the classrooms and will be available upon arrival and from the event staff.
- Updates will be posted on social media.
FOOD
- There are food concessions onsite, opening times and prices will be prominently displayed.
FIREWOOD
- Firewood is for sale at the 112 Survival stand. All debris from fires is to be placed in the rubbish.
WATER
- Please bring drinking water with you. There will be potable water collection points positioned
around the event and camping fields.
ALCOHOL
- You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. Please drink responsibly. Alcohol is not sold at the RV.
TOILETS
- There is toilet facilities located around the venue, including level access cubicles.
DOGS ARE WELCOME BUT..
- Any dogs onsite must be on a lead at all times.
- The show organisers reserve the right to request that any unruly dogs are removed from the event.
ACCOMMODATION NEAR THE SHOW
- There is hotel and B&B accommodation in the local area near to the event site if you do not want to camp.
CARAVAN, CAMPER OR ROOF TENT ACCESS
- Please let us know what your needs are prior to booking and we will discuss your requirements before you spend any money.
- We can recommend nearby campsites if needed, but will do our best to get you on site at the RV.
DRIVING AT THE RV
- There is a 5mph speed limit for vehicles at the RV site.
EVENT SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS
- It is the individual’s responsibility to ensure their own personal safety and that their property is safe and secure. The organisers accept no responsibility for theft, damage or personal injury.
FIRST AID COVER
- There are trained first aiders on site during the RV. There is good road access for emergency vehicles and the nearby fields are suitable for air ambulance landings.
CHILDRENS ACTIVITIES
- There will be activities suitable for younger visitors conducted during the event. Please ask the
activity provider prior to booking. - Costs and timetable will be prominently displayed.
- You cannot pre-book children’s activities.
SEATING AT THE RV
- Carry your camping chair with you as you explore the RV. There is no seating at the classroom areas, or at the food trucks.
CAMPING AREA RULES
- All fires are to be raised off the ground.
- No open fires near vehicles.
- Do not cross fences or enter fields other than the event fields.
- Please respect your neighbours’ space and peace.
- Ensure that taps are turned off at the water points unless in use.
- Please wash up at your tent and not at the water collection points.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks.
- No digging.
- Rubbish is to be bagged up and left at the collection points or taken home with you.
SELLING RULES
- The selling of pre-loved items is at the trading post area on the event field. Please comply with instructions of the event staff.
- Items are to be of a Bushcraft / camping / outdoor theme. No household items or toys
- Use of cash, barter or trade is encouraged.
- Items are the responsibility of the seller until sold.
- Comply with UK law for selling knives, axes etc.
- Display items for sale on a table or blanket.
- Do not leave your items unattended.
- Comply with the selling timings for the event. 1030 to 1700 Saturday & Sunday.
- Trading in goods, promoting of services or events without prior permission is strictly forbidden. If found doing so you will be asked to leave without recourse or refund.
